the climate will contantly blow hot air but uses the ac to cool it to the required temp so ur car stays at that temp it will only blow completely cold air when u set it to cool or change from a hot temp to a low one from like 25 - 15 for instance

Cheers, that would make sense as it does kick out cold air when set to low. Ive also noticed a knocking when turning right at low speeds, searching this forum it seems it could be a common problem. Luckily its under warranty so I should be able to get it sorted.

Is that one of these tuning boxes that plugs into a sensor on the common rail? Any idea how much those little beauties are?

got a couple of questions too. Simply cant get the hang of the air con, and cant be arsed reading the manual so will do what a man always does (eventually) and ask an other man. I have it set to 16 but it just isnt blowing out cold air unless I stick it onto LOW and the fan speed is at its lowest, all this while its set to full auto.

Next one is where can I get some decent mats as its came with none at all, which is a bit odd.

It will only blow out piping cold air if you set it to say 16 and the temp in the car is 35. If it's already 19 degrees then it won't throw out freezing air to drop the interior by 3 degrees.
