Bravo Bravo Abarth Conversion.

Introduction

I always thought that the Bravo is such a beautiful car and would look amazing in Abarth livery. So I set out on this project which I have really enjoyed doing. I also really love the hidden exhausts rather than the twin pipes on the back also which is why I have no plans to change the back end of the box. Currently Running at a "restricted" 175BHP and 209ft/lb of torque, it currently has more torque than the 695 Tribute 500!

So i've slowly been doing work to my Bravo over the last 1.5years! Thought it was finally time to post up whats been done and get some opinions! Won't be for everyone but welcome all opinions! :D

So I started with my 150 T-Jet below (as standard)

So my first modification was Hid's which were 4300k's:

Then I got my GSR installed and remapped:

I have some restrictive problems with my Cat on the exhaust, which is backing up my exhaust so my power is flat-lining higher up. This will be sorted in the next couple of months. It's plenty fast enough at the moment.

Next I got my Abarth badges and Alloy wheels for my car:

Afterwards I made a new Abarth Key in the new style:

And I got a new engine cover and set of car mats to go with it:

And finally, replaced my steering wheel with a new one from a 500 Abarth:

When I finally get my new Exhaust parts I can also fit my Esseesse boost sensors to regulate the boost better too:

So with that completed so far, some further modifications include:
-New downpipe with sport cat from TMC and Esseesse boost sensors
-Grande Punto Abarth Seats
-Maybe some new Springs and Dampeners
-New Brakes/Tyres

Thanks For Looking! :D
Any more updates on the car mate, upload more pics if you can :D

Well after my trip to Spa/Nurburgring, I sorta destroyed my funds ahah! I have springs waiting to go on, but apart from that its MOT/Insurance in the next 2 months so I can imagine it being pretty skint on the car front lol! I sorta only have the expensive things left to do.

Currently sizing up the following:
After meeting the guy from TMC, a Tarox brake conversion
Spoiler
Side Skirts

Might need a new set of alloys soon, mine took a battering on the track! haha!

I have found quite a few online pictures of my car which was nice! :D

I regards to the seats, I only have a cloth interior, so I'm sorta looking for Cloth ones, but thanks

Tbh it wouldn't surprise me if Leigh did. There were a lot of people who didn't know how to drive out on track on a lot of the sessions and as I quote from a French spectator (think he was French wasn't he leigh) who came upto Leigh after 'Your Brakes are on Fire!' :p :ROFLMAO:

Go and see Peter a prestige valating in phorpres industrial estate up by the merc garage to see if the paintwork can be saved

So after many times of being told, time getting them and time sitting in my room, you will be glad to hear I have finally done.....

Massive difference in the handling. Eliminated the body roll and couldn't be happy! Thanks go to a good friend for putting them on for me!

Also painted the callipers.....I know its dirty, but ive shattered my thumb, so I havent really had the urge lol :D

Thanks All!

Glad you like them. Car looks really good :) are you going to uprate your dampers?

Nah I dont think I will, but im getting some new standard shocks as they could do with being replaced on the front which I found out when we fitted the springs!

I have 2 other things I want to get done first which means saving about £600 for each of them! Always more money required!

I cant fit my show in the gap so happy there as before it was pretty comical! I will get it all cleaned up soon and respost a lovely picture I guess :D

Did you manage to swap your doors in the end?
I know you mentioned something about getting a new door to replace the one with rust bubbles?

Gimme a shout if you need someone to give your car a full pro detail for cheap rates ;)

Tom

Jelly isnt the word! About time you spent too much money on more Abarth bits ;)

If you need a hand fitting, feel free to drop me a text ;)
