I replaced the boost pressure Converter, and the car no longer goes to limp mode power seems to be nominal but not as quick as when the problem started? Boost seems ok
Now replaced the egr, crankshaft sensor, and maf sensor but stlll sometimes struggle to start occasionally cranking then stops with warning about high pressure in coolant system? Even when cold no codes show any ideas please people? Could it be fuel pressure or glow plug timer or??
I replaced the fuel filter few miles ago
Thanks in advance

Where are you reading the warning about "warning about high pressure in coolant system?"
It is not a thing I have seen before, is it on the screen display or on a certain code reader? If so what make?
Do you have a screen shot of the warning ?

It show on the dash display I know it's weird I never seen it before either.
It literally in stays on for split second then goes off fiat I wish I'd kept my fiesta it only coz someone bent the rear axle that I got rid of it this car has nothing but problems just like vauxhalls!

I had a Fiat Doblo 1.9 JTD with 225 K miles so must have been fairly reliable.;)
Assuming warning correct??? Have you any symptoms re oil or water/coolant loss or contamination.
I had a 1.6 Fiat Doblo that the oil cooler leaked into the coolant system and blew it out of the coolant tank , previous owner thought it was a head gasket issue, not very common but would give higher pressure than normal coolant until rad cap released pressure.

No it struggle to start sometime but when it's going it runs smoothly and temperature is normal no matter how hard I drive it's weird.

When you say it struggles to start, do you mean like a flat battery and then it spins quick again, or spins over normally and doesn't start straight away?

No just sometimes turns over try to fired then stops turning over have to turn key again turns over then sometimes starts after 2 3 trys its so frustrating I have changed all sensor except the camshaft sensor and the egr and fuel filter the car runs faultlessly when running so I wouldn't have thought the crank sensor or cam sensor got me miffed??

Strange the starter stops turning.
Can you check the signal to the starter, ignition switch/relay in fusebox under bonnet/signal to relay from ECU?
Even feed direct to starter solenoid to eliminate other wiring problem.
Are you thinking two separate problems, cranking and actual firing?
