Technical B190277 Front mode door 1 control - Commanded position not reachable

Fiat 500c
I currently have an issue with what I think is the actuator (s). for the HVAC system.
Only A/C seems to work and I am not able to direct the flow to anywhere other than the windscreen despite selecting either the floor or center vents.
I understand that there are a few of the actuators in the car.
Where are they located? I looked for them near the cabin filter, but could see nothing.

I’m not sure if international cars are different but in the uk we have two actuators for the A/C well mine does as my a/c is digital……the one on the drivers side is for hot/cold and the actuator on the passenger is for air direction …. So yours being a left hand drive will I assume be on the opposite side to mine!
Both actuators are higher up tucked away behind the centre (gearshift housing) I’ve added a pic to give you an idea …. X marks the spot
