General AWNING ISSUE

Hi, We have a Fiamma F80's 4m long awning on our Van Ducato 2021 series 7 Maxi, we have had numerous problems with it from new
not rolling properly,in and out not always staying in locked position, broken leg attachment etc. in 2 and a half years. Very frustrating has any one else had any of these problems, appreciate any advice at all, We are wondering if the length 4m. and weight of it is contributing to our issues, Many Thanks

I have a 3m F45 with occassional winding problems. on the fiamma site there are guides on how to set them up.

I had the issue of the awning not winding in straight, to resolve this I adjusted the arms that are bolted to the main beam, can’t remember the exact method but basically one side is pulling in to soon meaning their not balanced so it’s a case of looking at which way the roller is running out on and adjust the opposite side either in or out so they are pulling together if that makes sense
