General Anouncing the 2009 Fiat Forum Panda Adventure!

Are you uploading via your phone? :p The network is probably GSM or something and not 3G :(

If on the internet they probably still have dial up!!!

No, it's broadband but god knows how they do it, you do feel on the edge of the world here.

I had to drive thou a 7KM tunnel under the Arctic Ocean just to get here!

Just found this map.... I'm under the arrow at the min and the other points are the places on earth that I've driven the panda too, lol

Woah, like you say Jim on the video, it's amazing to think that something like a Panda can make it across that snow! Glad that you could get to the North Pole etcetera, and the furthest northern point! :)

Oh good, should be an interesting part of the trip! Sorry to leave the cold behind?!

Last few hours has been awful. Blizzard conditions and drifting snow has really tested the panda. I thought we we're in luck when i came up on a 4x4 and started to drive in their tracks but they pulled in and started following us! People of surrey, get rid of your huge 4x4's and buy a fiat panda!!! (and we've still not had to fit the snow chains yet!)
Anyway, we're safe now getting a cup of coffee and are heading to tromso for the night.

Should have taken a 4x4 Panda for this adventure and had some real fun :p

Glad to hear all is going well.

Jon.

Glad youve all managed to battle the blizard conditions - sylvia has really been a star ! The last video was awesome, and the scenery looks spectacular, thanks for keeping us updated (y)

God guys, this has been horrific here today. Just went that storm was over we hit another and then another. Over 300 miles in blizzards, white outs and a couple of mountain passes. There is about 60 miles to tromso to go so we may make it by about midnight if all goes well and we don't get eaten by trolls! All of us are really tired but we're in total awe of sylvia today. Fred kept the electricty stealing trolls away all night and as the most northerly fiat in the world she started first time in this mornings storm. She just pulled thou the snow like it wasn't there and never once got stuck even on the steepest icy incline! Mep go wash your mouth out with soap for your suggestion! Lol
Hope to get to bed soon...
Jim

Rough day... I'll get to bed and allow the vids and pics to do the talking
