Technical Wiring diagram Fiat Panda 141 1988 1000ie 4x4

Hi

My mechanic is asking me for a wiring diagram for my Fiat Panda 141 1988 1000ie 4x4 ZFA141A0004194847 and a engine system diagram. And he is wandering if my car has some sort of fuel shut-off system? My car starts but shuts off after about 20 seconds. Any information is welcome.
