Alloy re-furbs

Yes mate thats the place, Lab-Tab (or the wheel specialst) as they trade under. I am very pleased to say the least! :D not the cheapest around but a V professional outfit. (y)
yeah they do a top notch job tbf!! Last time I was in they had a nice set of orange rims on display lol :yum:

As Kris says...should be a lot nicer to keep clean too haha!

Those look great fFoxy... the colour really suits the 'techno' style.

Just in case I can inspire anyone reading this thread and wondering "can I do that?", I painted my Punto wheels myself last month. Spent days on the preparation (repairing all kerbing damage and sanding back to the factory powder-coat), then shelled out for the proper paint system (PPG Shadow Chrome). I have a nice gravity spraygun & big compressor, but you wouldn't really need anything more than a small compressor and spraygun of any type.

Black basecoat goes on first, then light coat of translucent chrome silver (too much and I found it just went matt silver - I practised on the insides of the wheels), and finally several coats of PPG clearcoat. I think all up the cost was $350 (about 140 pounds) plus about four days of labour, so not a cheap project :)

Well worth it though as the colour hides the brake dust so much better than silver (y)
