I've just replaced the driver's door handle on my Panda Active Eco after it the old one snapped in the recent frost and have a problem.

The driver's door locks and unlocks using the key (no remote central locking). It locks all other doors, but does not unlock them and I do not hear a signal when turning the key to unlock.

Initially the driver's door didn't even lock so I sprayed a lot of WD40 and reseated the lock barrel. Everything seems to move freely and looks ok.

Have I missed something when putting the new handle in or done something wrong? Any advice greatly appreciated!

Great, the cable from the lever is working the actuator properly

There's also two rods that come down vertically

One is the handle and one is the key

The key one isn't operating the actuator properly

Probably get bent slightly shortening it slightly would be my guess

Thank you, so I need to see if I can straighten it or it might be a better bet to just get a new one?

Assuming that's what it is just straighten it
I'll give it a crack if I get some time in the week and report back. It wouldn't surprise me if it got slightly bent as I removed the old handle...fingers crossed!

One of these two rods, one is the handle the other is the lock

It's opening in one direction but not the other so sounds like it off center

Also make sure the clips are in both ends and it's not loose
