General 98 Ducato 10 uprated suspension?

Hi, new to the forum, hope you can help:
I have a '98 Hymer C544K motorhome based on a 1.9TD Ducato 10.
When it left the factory it had a low 2800kg GVW, but from looking at the suspension I believe it has been uprated since to 3200kg as also indicated on a german weighbridge chit.
There is a double leaf spring plus a third spring attached to it as shown in the attached photo.
Please could someone verify that the original suspension has been uprated so I can be confident in the 3200kg.

Any Ducato's suspension I have seen to date have only 2 leaf springs. This would indicate that it has been upgraded.
