General 900 5-speed into 750L

I've been thinking about putting a 5 speed into my 750 cos it's revving it's little heart out at 60mph, the only problem is that the 900 and 1000 use a higher final drive, would this be too hard on the wee 750?

Not really but you would need to shift more often. In 5th you would probably not get over 60mph due to a lack of power, so fourth would be faster and i mean a lot faster.
