Ignition comes on and car won't start, or even try, to start. I get fuel cut off unavailable and start stop unavailable messages on dash. Was OK prior to welding on an air con return pipe ( bar thd common disconnected blue and me unit with flashing oddometer) and no reversing sensors for a few months. I may have spiked electrics disconnecting battery before welding, or reconnecting it? I may inadvertently have had ignition set to on when I connected battery... I have diagnostis to all modules, except for the ECU... The three fuses that feed ecu (top right corner of fuse box in engine bay) are showing as shorted, ie live, rather than ground. No blown fuses seen. I checked and cleaned earth straps. ANY IDEA WHAT'S UP PLEASE AND HOW TO SORT IT? CT21 KENT LOCATION.
