General 2015 fiat 0.9 twin air 105 bhp

My best friends fiat 500 0.9 twin air is having trouble starting and she has had to turn the Starr/ stop off too. Any ideas what it could be. The fiat garage in Nottingham have had the car for 6 weeks now and can't even fund the problem yet. It's had a new timing chain. Had a massive service done. It's already had a new engine part which cost £900. It's a 2015 car on a 65 reg. The 105bhp one. Can anyone help please.

The Oil drives the fuelling on these..

So wrong oil for a while won't help



Intrigued by the Chain work..
These don't tend to have issues.. Possibly another sign of Oil issues?

Can you go through a bit more history please.
Any error messages on dash, what diagnostics have been run….earth strap been checked? I know nothing about twin airs though. Be interested as to why the garage have done what they’ve done what the original symptoms were

A few recent posts have indicated the battery may be the cause. Low battery power seems to muck a lot of things up. Check the battery resting voltage and the charging voltage is right.
