2013 Fiat 500 Pop won’t start!! Turn key to start ignition but no crank whatsoever. Car beeps loudly as ALL cluster icons lightly flicker while the following words begin to read: “Fuel cut-off unavailable Have power steering checked See handbook Service airbag system”.
Right before this issue began, Fiat was running roughly when briefly driven in reverse so we added an STP fuel treatment and after doing so, the car drove great the rest of the afternoon. We then parked it for 3 weeks while we were out of state and as soon as we returned and tried to start it, the battery died mid try.. it did, however, try to crank over at that time, but didn’t have enough power to.
New and very expensive battery was purchased and installed. Unfortunately, the car never started again, and only produced the codes previously mentioned above.
