Technical 2004 Ducatp 244 fan blows hot air only!

My fan blows hot air only. Is there a way to remove the plastic dash to expose the switches and any cables?

Welcome to the forum.
I have not had to replace heater controls, but I have had the outer panel out to add an extra central locking switch (no aircon).
Some details attached (ignore engine size). More in eLearn if you can find it. (Member Ocwobio described using eLearn as "Like peeling the layers off an onion.". Look under procedures - auxilliary units.
eLearn for x244 is available in "Downloads", see black banner at top of page. Also a slightly cropped version online here.

Also it may be possible to get access from the side if glove box removed, but if passenger airbag fitted, then problematic.

Can you indulge my curiosity, Canada is a vast country, in which provence are you located?

Thank you for the help. We are way out here on Vancouver Island. Our friends bought our Euramobil in Europe and imported it to Canada.

I looked at the downloads for a 2004 Ducato but seem unable to actually download the link. Do I need a membership?

The link is to what I think is a Russian website. Just checked, and works fine for me in UK. Could be that it is blocked for political reasons? I normally use a virtual CD of eLearn installed on my SSD drive.

Thanks for the info for removing the heater panel facia which I have done but I can't get much further than that to remove the actual heater controls to see why the heat knob only supplies warm to hot air. I don't seem to be able to download any of the shop manuals even though I have paid for a download twice. Kind of frustrating as I would like to dig deeper into the problem.
