Technical 1242 info

Can anyone with a haynes manual tell me the diamension from the top of the piston crown to the top of the small end bearing (ie thickness of the top bit of the piston) and the oversizes in mm you can get on the above pistons[?]

Haynes doesn't list oversizes or pin-crown measurement, just piston 'grade' sizes - ranging from 70.760 to 70.790 mm.
Porter list oversizes up to 0.4mm for the 1108 cinq, and a 'piston height' of 40mm.
