I have replaced my CV boot kit and refitted the 36mm nut that goes onto the bearing on the front wheel. I am struggling to find the correct information regarding the torque setting for this nut. Can anyone advise ?

Fiat eLearn has this for all drive shafts from 1.2 to 1.9: 7 daNm is 70Nm plus the angle

Don't wish to question, but isn't that photo of track rod end as it refers to a "steering knuckle" and 7 (daNM) so may be an error on eLearn page.
Although as @chevychase says 70Nm and the degrees seem the same.
This data is from a 2012 AutoData Technical Service Data Manual. The 27 in box on second photo refers to special notes which are in first photo.
I see in another post 240Nm has been mentioned but looking on the AutoData this is for certain versions not all.
However I always advise check with other sources to confirm.;)
