On a scudo 2008 , display showing "anti pollution fault" car just cut out...the driver said it was driving normal then it just cut out. I got it started last night and left it running , the engine cut out after about 15 mins and it is a real struggle to get started again
Anyone any ideas?

hi andy, i just had the same fault come up on my 2007 1.6. it cut out whilst driving, took several attempts to restart, when started it had reduced power, limp home mode, and fault light stayed on.....to it to euro vans where a blocked fuel pump was diagnosed even though the AA thought it was probably the anti pollution fluid. van now runs a treat, hope this helps in some way.
just a further thing, the pollution fault on these vans do apparently cover several areas of the engine management but as euro vans said, the fault was definately a fuel pressure issue and the filter was the obvious staring point and the cheapest.
