Hi,

Have a bulk standard (visually) punto Mk2b which currently sits on Fiat 15" alloys with 195/45 15 tyres. (fitted when bought 2/h in may)

There looks to be an awful lot of air in the wheelarches which needs replacing with alloys and rubber........

What will fit (without cutting / rolling arches)

If I up the rim diameter, its going to look like an offroad punto - so whats the best combo of wheel / lowering.... also speedo runs a bit optimistic at moment - i am sure that a more appropraite rolling diameter will cure.

Incidentally have seen other Mk2bs on 15'2 - seems to be a lot higher profile on the tyres....

If you want bigger wheels then I would go for 17" wheels with 205/40/17 tyres, here's my Mk2 Punto with 17's lowered on coilovers:

Alternatively you could just lower your car on the alloys you're already running (I assume they are Sporting alloys), it looks pretty good. Munkul runs this setup, it's not a Mk2b but will give you an idea of what it looks like:

You'll get less ground clearance running 15's as you can go lower.
