Is there a known date for the Secure gateway module introduction to ducato?
or if you have a 2020,2021,2022 reg van has it got one please state year and sgw yes or no (factory date from c of c would be handy)

The scan should come up with all the modules even without an adapter



Could you try going into the settings on mes and try the interface test button see if it show any messages about speed being too high?

Also post what your speed is set to next to the serial port section on the interface tab


Mines set to 38400 I think anyway

Ive got a 2017 so no problems with sgw.
I just keep on being asked about when sgw bypasses are required. Any ideas?
