Stilo Sally The Stilo - 1.2 Project

Introduction

This is a project I'm currently working on!

When I bought the car the engine mount had broken so it had a metal plate welded to it by the previous owner, it wasn't very safe and it made a horrible vibrating noise!

The engine mount was fixed and badly welded plate was cut off!

I got to work on the audio and put 2x 2000w Auna subs in the back and then 1 200w Kenwood coaxial speakers in each door! All I need now is a the 2 din facia and a 2 din head unit. I eventually removed the back seats and pushed the subs further back and mounted the amp on the side of the boot.

I'm going to focus on the exterior now and get some new alloys with low profile tyres. Depending on the price I might get it wrapped in a matte black or something! I'm tinting the back 3 windows 90% and lowering the car by 40mm all around! It is getting debadged soon also!

I'm thinking of going for 2 single 4" exhaust mufflers on each side of the back under the bumper! If I decide on getting coilovers then I'm going to through a bit of negative camber on the wheels, a bit more camber on the rear wheels than the front.

I'm going to eventually stick a turbo on it if I can find an exhaust manifold made for a turbo and also made for the 16v 1.2 in the Stilo.

If anyone has any advice then please let me know!
Seems nice man, I am also thinking on putting 2 exhaust mufflers, where are you gonna weld the pipe ? I have read that it may decrease the resistance and therefore decrease performance ? Moreover I have been long considering turbocharging my 1.8 16v engine but it seems too much hassle since I will have to buy new fuel injectors and remap the ECU (and cannot find someone who would do it), let me know how you would proceed, I would be interested :)

Gl with the project

I'm not too sure yet, I want them sounding nice though! Where was you thinking if welding yours? And the car isn't on the road so I don't have to worry about starting to turbocharge it and hurry up doing so! When I get round to it I'll let you know ?

the front ones are they component one or coaxial speakers ?

are those tweets any good i dont know should i buy component kenwood or just coaxial one and keep old tweets

I'd probably go for component speakers because the factory tweeters look cheap but I already had the kenwoods lying around! I'll probably upgrade them soon enough

tnx for rep prob i will need adapters also because they are 6.5 aftermarket ones
