Technical Radiator fan not moving at all and headlights stuck on full beams

Hi,

Posted last week in regards to disappearing coolant. Coolant wasn’t disappearing but instead getting evaporated because my radiator fan isn’t turning at all while car is on and even after driving. Also noticed that my full beams are stuck on when turning on headlights. Wondering whether the issues are separate or if it has something to do with the ecu? Saw a similar question asked last year but had no answers.

Car is a Fiat Punto Active 1.2l 2006

Favourites would be..

Fuse box lid loose, and water in there

Or.. the main Ground cable failed

Try a jumper cable from Battery Negative to Engine Metal

See if Headlights reset
