First of all, I apologize for any wording errors, because I use google translate😅 I have a problem with a punto 1.4 gt, year 1997
the car works, but there is no vacuum on the blowoff valve. the turbine pressure gauge does not react.what could be the cause? maybe a crack in the pipes?

Hello,

First of all I'd replace all the pipes. 27 years for the rubber is eternity. There is a possibility that they were changed already, but it doesn't cost a fortune and you'll spare yourself time in the future. And be sure that they are connected properly. Perhaps someone will share an appropriate diagram.

A mechanic replaced only two broken ones on my daily car during some non related work, but another was broken just afterwards probably due to messing with them and I had to replace the others a week later...

I just ordered new silicone ones, because the old ones are really in bad condition. Is there anywhere to see the connection diagram of the vacuum tubes?

Hi Robi , there should be a white plastic Y shaped insert in the rubber tube after the air flow sensor where two tubes connect, I’ll try a get a photo of mine later 👍🏻

Hi Robi , managed to get a few photos of the vac pipes, there is one pipe from the dump valve that goes to a tee , one side goes to the cluster gauge , the other goes to the turbo that I couldn’t get a good photo of . One from the pierberg goes to a pipe at the side of the inlet manifold.Hopefully it helps.

Steve gt where does the vacuum tube go from the blow off valve and one tube goes from the intake to somewhere behind the abs unit?

The tube from the top of the blow off valve goes to a tee where one side goes under the abs unit through the bulkhead to the dash, the other side of the tee goes down to the turbo actuator I think

Does anyone know where to buy this Y marked in the picture?if there is a plan for a 3d printer somewhere🤔

I doubt that part is still available but might be worth a try at a fiat dealer, there’s lots of items on eBay searching for Y vacuum piping connectors 👍🏻

maybe this will work too🤔
