- The gaps between the bonnet and panels on both sides are pretty much spot on (he measured them using keys ), but he's quite right, they're different by literally a micro-millimeter. And its probably been like that since day one, just didn't notice it until now. Have a really dumb question though - when its pouring rain, wouldn't the water go inside/underneath the bonnet and wreak havoc with the electronics?
- The rubber mould will eventually "change" itself to fit the new shape, especially after a few hot days. Bring on summer!

Yeh.. at long last I can look forward to some trouble-free motoring
(Oh dear what have I done.. I've just jinxed myself.. seriously I'm not having much luck with this car. Last night nearly got hit at the same spot but driver's side because some **** was obviously a **** driver and couldn't keep his car in his own lane - VERY narrow miss it was)
