Technical Hi all. 2002 siencento reverse issues

Hi all.

My daughter has picked up a 2002 siencento for travel to work. She has reported and issue where the gear has stopped going into reverse but all other gears work okay. I have not had a fiat before so am not. sure what advise to give her. Just wondering if anyone out there has had this issue and what the possible fix is. Many thanks for your help john

Going back to the Classic Panda,

there was an adjustment rod that helped get Reverse reliably when Hot

Never has an issue with our Seicento, but the Cinq may have (its a while ago..)

Had the same issue recently with my sei, but my issue was worse.
I couldn't select reverse or 5th gear, turned out to be the gear selector fork.

No problem with all gear but no verse hopefully easy fix. Thanks for info
