Technical Have I fried my control unit

HELP !!!
The black wire thats grounded to the controlsystem, what is that for?
It accidentally hit the positive on the battery and now I´m getting a ton of error messages.
My OBD tool cannot connect to the car and I´m afraid I might have fried my control unit.

Does it still start and run? If so you’ve probably just blown some fuses. Would explain why your OBD tool won’t talk to the car

It does not start, but it turns and no fuses are blown
