Technical 20v engine [182 a1000] head torque spec

Hey! I'm going to change a head gasket on my 97 Bravo HGT but don't know the correct engine head torque spec and the right tightening order.. Can anyone help me? Also don't you know if the 147 HGT and 155 HGT heads are the same? Thx
