Punto (Mk1) Sump Replacement

Parts Needed


Mandatory:


1x Sump suitable for mk1, you can also put on a used sump but that will take more time to remove and clean old gasket sealant from it


1x High temperature gasket sealant

1x Cloth

1x Flat screwdriver

1x Wooden Wedge


1x Spanner/socket wrench in the following sizes:

1x Allen key for socket wrench or normal one, size 12


Optional:

Since you have to drain the oil anyway i advise to change oil + oil filter aswell, unless it was changed recently

1x Wire brush for drill


1x Battery drill

1x Brake cleaner spray

1x High temp spray paint
