Hi all,
I have a 2017 X290 with the 2.3 twin EGR.
I'm looking to pick up the high-speed CANBUS network, not the B-CAN, as most adapters and tools don't support B-CAN. Ideally, I'd like to find some sort of converter's, upfitters or other unused socket to listen on for one of these adapters. https://github.com/meatpiHQ/wican-fw
There are some connectors below the fusebox which look like they may well offer it, but I don't want to start cutting up the van's wiring if I can help it.
The radio and converter's socket are both the low-speed B-CAN, which, in this case, isn't as useful, and doesn't work with a lot of the commercially available adapters. The transceivers and voltages are different.
Does anyone have any insights? Wiring diagrams haven't been super helpful so far despite trawling.
