Hello
I want to change the adjustable top r/h striker pin on the sliding door of my 2008 Ducato X250 which is a IH van conversion.
The pin is worn and the closed resting position erratic causing the occasional minor ingress of water as the door sometimes doesn’t sit flush against the seal.
Is the floating nut inside the door frame to which the striker pin threads into, captive or will it need holding in place? - I ask because if it’s the latter I will need to strip out upper lockers to gain access.
Any help appreciated.
