Technical x250 ducato 2,3 JTD clutch

Hi all.


First of all sorry my bad English.


The Car is Ducato 2008 2,3 JTD, engine is F1AE0481N.


I have one question about krankshaft (flywheel side).


Is it without needle bearing or with it?


I am replaced clutch and work sylinder yesterday (inside gearbox bell)
and I am upset because kranksaft is equipped without this bearing.


What is truth?

The 2.3 doesnt have a spigot bearing in the end of the crank to support the input shaft i turned one up out of brass thinking id lost it somewhere during disassembly rang up fiat and was told one doesnt exist upon closer inspection of the input shaft and carefull measuring i too concluded it wasnt needed Cheers Adam
