Winter Proofing your car - best tips?

Hi! There are plenty of things to do depending on how cold it gets in your place.

What I normally do is to make sure that the coolant has a good antifreeze rate (I have one that resist until -45 °C). Also I check that the locks have enough grease and also put some silicone on the rubber seals on the doors so they don't freeze and stick.

Also check tires, windscreen wipers, heating systems, lights, etc. But anyway this basic things are being check all the time ;)

And finally stock up with warm blankets, some sand of gravel in case you get stuck, a shovel, flashlights, a reflective coat for low visibility places, maybe some food, stuff like that to be prepared in case of any emergencies.

Hope this is a little helpful. Cheers!
