Dears, due to a wrong move, I was badly hurting the windshield handle. As a result, the windshield was wiping (with water) for about 1 minute. In the while I
was trying to get it stop until finally it stopped. Now the windshield is working, but not the water pump. Is there perhaps a dedicated fuse? Or what can I do?
(I do not have a booklet of the van). Thank you for a tip

Thank you for your answer. Water is in the reservoir. I don't think that is the pump wrong, but the handle or something related to

My Ducato is 3 years old and I am on the third windscreen washer pump, so I would suspect the pump.
But a new pump is only about £10 on ebay and they don't take long to change - but you do have to remove the washer reservoir to get to it.

The pump now on board is a "So.Ge.Mi POM GF13". The spare-parts shop is asking Euro 56 for it. Can I replace that poump with
another less expensive? If yes, which one? Thank you

This is the windscreen washer pump i got for the Ducato 2006 on
Apparently Its the same as the pump for earlier Ducatos apart from the connector plug
The plug on the later Ducatos is a bit more waterproof than the earlier ones that had ordinary spade terminals.
So you could fit a pump from an earlier Ducato to a later one if you added spade terminals on the wires

Having taken off the pump I wanted to test it before ordering a new one; unfortunately I discovered that it is working. It is not broken.
I say "unfortunately" because it would have been easy to replace the pump and have solved the problem. But now?
I am afraid it is the leverage and do not know how to intervene
