Hi Members!

I have a 2013 Fiat Ducato (115 Multijet, 2.0D) Panorama with 9 seats.

The problem is the rear heating, doesn't works. Air conditioner is works fine, but the heater works only in the front. What will be the problem, maybe the heat resistor? If the resistor is the problem, whcih one? The front or the rear? Front and rear resistor has a connection? So if the rear is fine, but the front is not the heater will not working?

I see all post in this heater thema, but I didn't find any rear passenger heater problem.

Thank you for the reply!

Zsolt

Has yours got an auxillary heater , I had a 2010 Fiat Scudo 2.0, 8 seater that had a diesel powered heater under the car, it warmed the water pipes for the rear, but could also do that with engine off, so maybe there is a blockage or stuck water valve.
Only the normal rear passenger compartment heating from the engine you could switch it off to the rear by an overhead switch from drivers seat to isolate it.
When it wasn't isolated it was possible to control heat and fan to the rear seating area.

I have only factory heater in car, haven't auxilary. I can switch on with a button (under the steering wheel) the rear heater.

So you think it's not the resistor, rather it's a blockage?

When you say the heater is not working are you meaning the fan not blowing or the air not getting hot?
Is the fan switch under the steering wheel "factory fitted " from when vehicle was new?

I think like the button in this picture. I take it from the offical manual.

Sorry, the question is good, the fan not blowing and don't be any air what can be hot. But if I switch on the button (in the frist picture) I hear working the fan back in the bus. (second picture)

If you have the official manual/owners handbook does the fuse operate any other circuits.
It is a different layout to mine which was a 120hp Panorama LWB Scudo as all the rear heater controls were in the ceiling, so I am note sure about yours.

The rear heater controls are in the ceiling too in mine. But I think, the heater starts when this button was push.

Mine had the main normal van controls in the centre of dash below radio for the air con and fan for front etc. Then above the front area was an isolator which was illuminated and changed colour when pressed to allow operation of rear fan and temp controls from back of vehicle

Mine works similarly.
So apart from checking all the fuses or pulling the switches out to see if power/volts to them, I suppose the only other thing is if the resistor that controls the fan speeds is broken or the fan motor it's self.
I don't know any more as I never needed to take them apart.:)
