does windows 10 have movie maker? cant find it on my tablet

Its not built-in to windows, you would have to install windows live essentials.

As per microsoft, they say its not compatible with windows 10 when doing an inplace upgrade from win7 or win8 however, download an offline (redistributable) installer of windows live essentials and manually install it and you will then have movie maker
