What alloy wheels would be a straight swap for standard Panda wheels??
Anybody got any ideas on this?.....
Thanks in advance!!

I saved this pic from eBay of a Panda recently for sale I love the alloys so much I'm gonna save up for a pair during the Summer for my Selecta. I think they're fab even if they have been designed for the mk3 Panda:D.

Yeah, they are VERY NICE. Car fund a bit low at the moment as just MOT'd Chevette  or I'd be doing the same. Mind you, I could always sell my N90 TOY number plate which I have on retention

The Cinq Alloys do seem to go with Mandapanda's shrunken 4x4 look. You'd be amazed how many people think she's really a 4x4 ! :)

Could never fool a real Panda owner though:D.

Car fund here low aswell, just spent £130 sorting out the auto gearbox sump:(, but should get it back from the council :). A form of savings, could then spend the £130 I get back on the alloys, will ring insurance first though to check if it will put policy up.(y)

Yeah been reading about your sump woes - glad it all sorted and hopefully you'll get the money back from the Council as they are clearly at fault.

Indeed. Those in the know know she's not a 4x4, just a wanna be LOL.

With regards to car fund, Chevette cost £570 for her MOT last month but on the plus side, TOY plate valued at £1,250 !

Yes, keeping the Sump off of your old Selecta as a spare John, as the new one from Fiat had already been ordered and paid for.

always good to know in the event of a dire cash emergency. Tried to evaluate the Irish plate on the 1000CL just out of interest but the private plate websites never got back, so assume its priceless:D.

It dosen't mean anything, but is ageless so will probably keep.

Standard steelies (165/65/13):

I reckon with a lick of paint they could look very good, trouble is they're pretty narrow.

Cinq alloys (5.5x13 (165/55/13))

With Abarth centres:

Uno Turbo MK1 alloys (5.5Jx13 (185/60/13))

As well as these there are Seicento Sporting/Abarth wheels (5.5x13/5.5x14) and various others from Alfa Romeos and Lancias with a 4x98 stud pattern. Keep an eye on the offset and tyres though, if the wheel sits too far in the arch it'll rub, and if the tyres are too high profile then they could rub too.

If fitting 13" or 14" with a width of 5 1/2" then an et of 35 should be fine. I run 14" Lancia Delta alloys with an et of 43 and they require 3mm spacers on the front (and zero to 6mm spacers on the back depending on tyre size). There are Lancia (dedra?) alloys with an et of 41 that bolt right on without spacers:)

As you are running a 750 I would recomend you keep the standard rolling raduis on the tyres so as not to over-stress the engine if larger or lower your top speed if smaller. Its the spirit of the age.. cheers Damon
