Technical Where is the horn ?...PLEASE HELP !

The horn on my Punto isn't working anymore(just a short, very dim sound)and I'm thinking of replacing it myself. Does anyone know where is it located? I didn't find it under the bonnet and I suspect it is hidden somewhere close to a wheel. Please help.

Punto horn is mounted-
"on the lower edge of the front left hand wing, behind the front bumper moulding. To gain access, remove the screws and detach the hatch from the wheel arch liner"
according to the Punto Haynes manual.

Drivers side front wheel arch, remove liner, fit air horns. Job done.
