anyone correct me if im wrong but i think the way it works is 'the bolts that come with the wheel spacers are needed to attach to spacers to the hub.So once there bolted into place,you then you have your wheel bolts still which are there to attach the wheel to the spacer.,hence there being double the amount of holes on the spacers.
 
You will need longer wobble bolts, 20 mm longer if you go for the ones in the link. The extra holes are for 5 stud fitments.

You can get some like that but they are a lot more expensive! They have to be threaded and countersunk with special bolts. Not as strong either 'cos you would be bolting the wheel to the spacer and not directly to the hub.

The ones in the link come with extended bolts, which you should be able to get machined to accept the washers from your existing wobble bolts.
