General Wheel trim

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone knows where to get these metal wheel trims for a

fiat ducato 2.3 automatic.

They look like motor home builders oem fitment + loads of dosh , you could of course go online and see if any of the hgv accessory sites offer any thing, they do do trims etc for Scanias ,Volvos etc ..
