Technical What is this bracket?

I found this bracket in our project Panda 141 4x4, but I have no clue what it is. I first thought this was a radiator bracket, but it is not. Anyone can tell me if this belongs to the Panda and if so, what it is? It has the same red paint (from earlier "restauration") as some of the parts of the floor, so it feels like belonging to the Panda.

hey there, its found on 4x4 pandas. its used for holding the hand brake cable to the fuel tank (the loop part) and the brake hose/pipe.
it may also be used on early mk1 panda 2 wheel drives as the fuel tank design is roughly the same.
