Technical Weinsberg Cara Compact - Pioneer Heads Up Display Problems

Hi, hoping I've got this in the right place. I've just bought a 3 year old (21 plate) Weinsberg Cara Compact motorhome with a Pioneer AV/music system, with a Heads Up Display on the dash. The main Pioneer unit is AVIC-EVO1-DT2-C, and the Heads Up Display is the Pioneer SDA-HU100-DUC Head-Up Display Fiat Ducato.

The problem - the Heads Up Display was working fine and then went really really faint on me. Nothing I can touch (on the side) seems to brighten it, and you can't see it during the day, but can see it displaying the speed faintly at night, so still working, but very faintly.

Seems its part of the Fiat Ducato setup; Weinsberg don't know much about it, or least the forum doesn't, so wondering if anyone on the Fiat forum has come across this issue. Its a shame, as it's really really useful, where the speedo isn't great to read. Thank you for reading, and any help greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Seen a few people have had issues with their heads up unit on other forums, from reading their replys its a replacement unit, but personnally i would take it out and check connections and clean it at the side their is a reostate rotor wich is possiable cause.

My 2022 Pepper edition HUD stops working sometimes.
If I turn off the ignition and back on, it starts again.
Others have the same problem.
I'll post up if I find a solution.
