Normally because Headlamps aren't on the bulb failure system
So OP does this light stay on? Have you setup a overspeed warning

Which was preciseley my point....
Hi guys, so I checked all my lights and they're all working fine. And yes I do have a speed set but that's 70mph and it doesn't flash anything up when I go over that speed it just beeps at me. Plus on the days the warning sign came up I wasn't doing over 30mph. But the good news is, after those 2 times it came up, it hasn't shown itself again yet this week. So fingers crossed it won't do it again. But I still have no idea what it was.
It could have been a light. If it does tell you which light it will only tell you once when the light goes on. I've had some intermittent lights (numberplate lights) and I had a similar experience to you, light comes on, don't catch the message and you wonder what the heck is going on. NExt time the light comes on, pull over, leave the engine running and walk around the car and I suspect you'll find a light out.
I had this fault on my 500 it was my rear brake light on the passenger side ,changed the bulb and it never happened again
