Good for 140 bhp apparently

LE MODIFICHE :
  • modifica pressione benzina
  • sostituzione pompa
  • modifica testata
  • intercooler specifico secondo modello motore
  • pistoni stampati
*has a go at translating*

modified petrol pressure
substitute pump? (bigger petrol pump?)
Modified head
intercooler
pistons (low comp?)

Very nice..............

Not sure about the muti coloured parts aka. cam cover, blue crank casing!! and green sump EUH! Like the red turbo though! Still i suppose if it was kicking out 140bhp supposedly you wouldn't care about the colour!

Got to be honest, doesn't look the best conversion to me, the filter being there with no intercooler says to me that 140bhp will only ever be achieved on cold days, the oil feed coming off where the oil pressure sender I don't like, how do you know if the pressure has dropped? its looks like a Garrett GT15 that’s fitted as per VAD ones as it has a 3 bolt mount on manifold, which means that its a compromise as the hole is off set and there are pockets on the rear of the plate that upsets the airflow badly, i have tried to rectify this on mine as much as i can by flowing it better, mine is all smooth inside to hopefully prevent these pockets being to detrimental. And why is there no bolts on bottom of manifold

No oil cooler, on Emma’s car which at present during run in period is running 0.3 bar hits 120degrees on the oil within 10mins of driving sedately, have seen 130degrees already and that’s keeping it below 4000rpm, god knows how hot the oil gets on this, or anybody else’s turbo with no cooler especially if sitting on high boost/revs for long periods of time, the only thing that cools the bearings on this turbo is the oil.

And i know it says modified fuel pressure, but it looks like its still running a single injector as the TB top looks like its plastic; if so is it one big injector, if so how do they prevent bore wash at low rpm/boost?

Maybe more answers are to be had on website
