General Urgent help needed! A muffler for X230 at Kaunas, Lithuania

My old motorhome dropped it's silencer on the way to Italy. Some advice on where to find a new silencer at Kaunas would be greatly appreciated. Based on internet, there is some spare parts stores around but which would have the best stock. Of course, a good used (2.8 iDTD) would do also.
