I agree with Ray. If you've swapped the LED lights from side to side and the problem is still on the left indicator circuit, there must be a resistor pack in the MH converter wiring between the cab and rear lights that has gone faulty.

thank you for that link I will send for them but never been into these types of things ( more into mechanics ) do I just insert each end of the resister into the live and earth as i did to put into the extra 21watt flasher bulb ,sorry to be such a thicky .You have all been great with all your advice Brian

Sorry to bring back an old post but I have a 2014 L2 Ducato (with a Relay badge) with standard bulbs that claims a bulb is out on both sides.

I have obviously put it 6 new bulbs (21W on the corners and 5W in the mirrors), I have soldered 2 new earths direct to the rear light fitting busbar and bolted them to the earth points by the rear lights but all to no avail. The bulbs all work great but the dashboard is not having any of it.

I do have a faulty indicator stalk in that it will not self cancel but if I read the eLearn wiring diagram correctly the stalk instructs the Body Computer to activate the indicator but plays no part in the current sensing as the bulbs are wired directly to the BC.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

All sorted with the indicators and as usual it was something daft and maybe unique to Citroen. I gave up and went to book it in and the service guy told me what was wrong.

Citroen put larger mirror bulbs in the bigger versions of the Relay and the Body Computer is programmed to monitor them. The correct bulb is actually a 16w (WY16W) and fitting a pair of them makes the van and it's driver very happy again.

I hope this helps someone else who is pulling their hair our.
