thats a nice signature you got there A1ANT (pic of bravo and turbo at bottom) if thats what you call it - how you do it - total novice in stuff like that:confused:

A gent by the name of This Bitter Pill can do them (he did mine and several other lucky peoples on here) The only proviso is that you contribute (again) to the Forum. Contact him and see what can be done for you, he is a very nice chap! (y)

also people who say they're nice on dark road, why don't you just turn your foglights on in that kind of situation.

Just tell everybody that it is illegal to use foglights until visibility is below 100metres. They won't like to be told of course, but never mind, they need to know.

I hate the farkin' things.

At first they were amusing, then mildly embarassing, then...

A few weeks back a guy pulled out 3 feet in front of me on a mini roundabout, and I avoided ploughing into him by a matter of inches. Having given him the mandatory beep and the hands-in-the-air gesture signifying "WTF?", we then stopped at some traffic lights, at which point the old boy jumped out, came up to my window and said "Sorry mate, I thought you were turning left, your foglight came on and I thought it was your indicator!".

Boy, did I feel a tit (and not in a good way!).

So they're actually dangerous as well as annoying

Just need to find 5 minutes on a dry day to whip the bulbs out - its not as if front foglights are ever any use anyway!

while i like the idea of them i think other people need to be educated on them e.g. the police. was pulled over last night by the police for misuse of my foglights. Explained the reason for this and gave him a demonstration but he suggested i take the car to dealer to rectify the problem as he thought it was bad wiring????????? I explained that many new cars have these but he stated that he had never seen this before.:bang:
Now, are these illegal? (don't think they are) and am i forever going to have to explain to dopey coppers why they do this?
