Technical Topolino ignition switch query.

Afternoon all,
I am trying to sort out and power up a loom I have here for a Topolino C (I think) and the problems I am struggling with are.
1) I cannot seem to find a definitive wiring diagram for this car, it has the 7 pin light / indicator switch and 3 pin flasher relay.
2) the ignition switch seems to have a permanent live to pin 15 which is for the coil, even with the key removed!!

Any help would be very much appreciated.
