Thread Status Icon colours

I might look like a dafty again here

Can the orange thread icons be changed a bit so the look more different?

I struggle to tell the difference a lot of the time. Especially when scrolling down a page so it is really hard to spot new posts. On my laptop it is impossible to see the difference

Edit: on the search im looking at every title is Bold all the time.

Errr ... if it's a "New Posts" search, then all the Thread Status icons will be the same colour, otherwise they wouldn't have new posts

Unless you use New Posts --> X day ago! Then it shows both read and unread posts [i.e. ALL posts up to the timeframe].

Err, I think I kinda covered it - when you do "New Posts > New Posts" it will show all unread posts, so they will all be the same colour.

If you do "New Posts > 1 day ago" some will be read, so they will be a different colour. And if the colour is still too close, the read posts won't be in bold ... so you have 2 ways of seeing which is which

It shouldnt matter what the icon is acompanied by, the icon should be clear on its own. At the moment I think the two orange icons are to similar so it does not work in every part of the forum.

This is what im looking at everything is bold. Hard to pick out the dark orange icon from the light orange one, Utterly impossible on a laptop screen.

i have a laptop and dont find it hard to tell this difference... but i get what you mean..

i.e orange for unread and blue for read... ect....
