My moment of madness has passed
I just wish it was a bit quicker:devil: The options are limited and unproven. The GSR mod sounds promising but the air intake is an issue for me. cold air feed is v important and these tin pipes the intake kits come with actually heat the air A silicone pipe is the only way but they cost.

I have seen a kit for 5K, stiffens lowers all bushes roll bars etc and sticks a turbo on giving 225bhp. German site can supply. Engine is the Punto with no turbo. You could change the clutch, bore it some what, cam shaft change.

What intake pipe did you use with your Green Filter setup? Did you chuck the Fiat stuff with all the resonator boxes? If so where did you take the cold feed from, front grill or lower?

Yes I took all the orignal feeds out and was advised not to bother with a cold feed as the cold air that comes in is enough, as the cold only comes in when the car is traveling and not stationary, there is enough coming through the front.

The only thing I do worry about is the induction is close to the head. I may design a heat sheild for it.
