Greetings everyone,
Have just had the pleasure of buying a second hand 1997 motorhome on a Ducato chassis.
Vin ZFA23000005250791 Motor type 8140.47 Version 230CEMBC

My problem is that there is a leakage of coolant coming from the bottom raditor hose at the thermostat housing. I wonder if this is a common fault as I have replaced both bottom hose and used a new jubilee clip. I now believe that the metal hose connector that is pressed into the housing is at fault and leaking.

Please could some one tell me if they have either a second hand one or if not what is the part number for a new one as I do not believe that using rad stop is a good idea. This is only leaking when cold and it seems to stop when the engine warms up. However I feel that to leave it would be courting disaster.

Many thanks in advance Wanderer:worship::worship::worship::worship:
